TOWIE star Lydia Rose Bright and her mother Debbie, along with actress Lynda Bellingham, have lent their support to Barnardo's appeal for more foster carers, and have shared their stories on how fostering has 'touched their lives'.

Bellingham, who was adopted and is married to Michael who was fostered as a child, said 'The one big thing that kept coming up for Michael and I when discussing what would make a good foster carer was you should never underestimate the power of a hug. Sometimes only a hug will do'.
